Hopefully you find the PixelStudio interface intuitive. Here are a few things we've thought of that might not be so obvious.
The ASFC Pixel Painter can be used in two resolutions: 32x32 or 64x64 pixels. This option will be presented to you each time you reset the canvas. Unfortunately there is no way to change it without losing any work done up to that point.
You can easily choose any color you like by holding down (with your finger or your mouse) on any of the palette buttons. This will open a color picker window, which also stores the history of the most recent custom colors you chose.
When you mint your painting, we will automatically create static images to use when selling the NFT. You can control how these images appear in a few ways. Note that these must all be done prior to minting.
To change the background color, click on the palette icon in the bottom right corner of the preview image.
To adjust the camera angle, simply tap-and-drag or click-and-drag within the preview window.
When you are finished making adjustments, tap (or click) the camera icon, and it will store the current contents of the preview window as the store image. If you tap the camera icon multiple times, only the last image created will be stored.
Maybe you are in the middle of a painting but don't have time to finish and mint it in the same session. No worries! As long as you return to the application on the same device and browser, we will automatically restore your work to the same state it was in when you left.
If this happens for whatever reason, just reach out to us on the discord channel (https://discord.gg/dGAAjy2WTG) and let us know. We won't be able to save or restore work you've already done on a previously minted painting, unfortunately.

There are two steps to minting a PixelStudio Painting NFT. You will be prompted to sign two transactions:
This step uploads your artwork, sends payment, and mints a new PixelStudio Painting.
